Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to Governor Mohammed Bago and the residents of Niger State following a tragic boat accident that resulted in the loss of 42 lives. The incident, described by Atiku as particularly distressing, occurred during the night, hampering rescue efforts.
