The breakthrough finally came late in the game, as former Barnsley player Herbie Kane advanced down the right flank, delivering a precise square pass to Wiles, who expertly found the top corner. Kasumu then capped off the victory in the final minute of added time, taking advantage of Slonina’s positioning with a stunning 25-yard strike into the bottom corner, ensuring Huddersfield secured all three points.
