Liverpool Targets Bundesliga Star Thanks to Salah’s Influence

Liverpool has turned its attention to Eintracht Frankfurt’s standout forward, Omar Marmoush, as the club prepares for the 2025 transfer window. Reports from CaughtOffside suggest that the Reds may utilize their connection with Mohamed Salah to help secure the talented Bundesliga player.
At just 25 years old, Marmoush has made a significant impact this season, establishing himself as one of the top performers in the Bundesliga. His impressive stats include nine goals and six assists in just nine matches, helping propel Frankfurt to third place in the league, trailing only Bayern Munich by one point.
Marmoush showcased his exceptional abilities with a remarkable performance against Bayern, where he scored twice and assisted another goal, elevating his club’s standing before the international break.

In related news, Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has indicated that Eintracht Frankfurt is keen to secure Marmoush’s future by extending his contract until 2028 with a lucrative new deal. However, the forward appears uncertain about committing, particularly with interest from Premier League clubs growing.
According to reports, “The forward is believed to be hesitant about penning a new deal at Deutsche Bank Park, as the Egyptian has attracted interest from the Premier League ahead of the 2025 transfer window. The Sky reporter states that unless something extraordinary happens, Marmoush will remain with Frankfurt until the summer of 2025, but it is then that the English clubs could move.”
The influence of Mohamed Salah, a key player for Liverpool and fellow Egyptian, may play a crucial role in enticing Marmoush to Anfield.
