Oyebamiji Launches IleriOluwa Free Fuel Scheme in Osun West, Targets 15,000 Beneficiaries by December

Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji, Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), has kicked off the IleriOluwa Free Fuel Scheme in Osun West Senatorial District, Osun State. The program, aimed at supporting okada and keke riders, started on Friday with 500 beneficiaries from Gbongan, Ode-omu, and Orile-owu in Aiyedaade Local Government Area.

The initiative is set to run across 10 local government areas in the district, with the goal of empowering at least 15,000 riders by December. This scheme seeks to provide much-needed relief to transport workers, helping them manage fuel costs as they support their families.
