The National Assembly is trending as the controversy surrounding Bobrisky’s alleged N15M bribe to the EFCC takes center stage. The allegations, brought forward by social media personality VeryDarkMan (VDM), claim that Bobrisky paid N15M in bribes to EFCC officials, securing a stay in a serviced apartment instead of serving a prison sentence.

In response to the claims, the House of Representatives has summoned VDM, Bobrisky, EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyode, the Comptroller General of Prisons, and all officers involved in the alleged transaction. They are expected to appear before the assembly today, September 13, 2024, between 10-11 AM.

VDM’s lawyer, Barrister Deji Adeyanju, confirmed that his client would be attending the hearing. However, Bobrisky and the others summoned have yet to confirm their attendance or publicly comment on the matter. The burning question among Nigerians is whether Bobrisky will show up—and if so, how he will dress for the occasion.
