Usher Denies Involvement After Deleting Tweets Amid Diddy’s Arrest, Claims Account Hack

As Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, several celebrities have mysteriously altered their social media presence, sparking widespread speculation. R&B star Usher, alongside Pink and Megan Fox, has come under the spotlight after deleting his entire X (formerly Twitter) account, which included over 7,000 tweets.
Usher’s abrupt move, coinciding with Diddy’s arrest, led to rumors suggesting he was distancing himself from the controversy. However, the singer quickly dismissed these claims, stating his account had been compromised. “Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it!” Usher posted, reassuring fans with, “See you tonight at Intuit Dome.” Despite this explanation, many remain skeptical.
Skeptics on social media shared their doubts. “He’s just making excuses, y’all… that was intentional,” one commenter said, while another pointed out the peculiar timing of Usher’s mass deletion. While the singer has not been implicated in any criminal charges, reports suggest both Usher and fellow artist Ne-Yo were named as witnesses to Diddy’s alleged assault on his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, adding to the scrutiny.
Usher’s long-standing ties to Diddy date back to the early 1990s when he was mentored by the music mogul. This connection has heightened curiosity around his recent actions.

In a similar fashion, Pink also cleared nearly all her X posts, leaving only two retweets from 2016 and 2017. Although she has no apparent links to Diddy’s legal troubles, her sudden social media purge stirred speculation. Some fans were quick to note that Pink had begun deleting her posts months before Diddy’s arrest, suggesting her actions might be unrelated.
Megan Fox also jumped on the digital cleanse bandwagon, wiping her Instagram and Twitter accounts clean. Her actions added fuel to online discussions, with fans speculating about her possible ties to Diddy’s infamous “freak off” parties. One user commented, “Not surprised @meganfox is involved with @Diddy. Another freak pushing her ideologies.” However, neither Fox nor Pink has been implicated in Diddy’s charges.
Diddy, known for his extravagant and controversial parties, now faces accusations of coercing women into drug-fueled encounters with male escorts. Despite the mounting legal troubles, none of these celebrities—Usher, Pink, or Megan Fox—have been linked to the criminal case.
Their coordinated social media deletions, however, have raised eyebrows, leaving fans and the entertainment industry wondering if their actions are precautionary or purely coincidental. Meanwhile, stars like Jennifer Lopez (J.Lo), who dated Diddy in the early 2000s, have made no visible changes to their social media.
