The accusations of age falsification and forgery against Senator Okpebholo are entirely unfounded. According to the Magistrate Court of the Federal Capital Territory, no ruling has been made on the matter, which is still under investigation. The court has firmly stated that the reports being circulated are both misleading and disrespectful to the judicial process.
