“I have a good relationship with all former Governors of Kaduna State,” Governor Sani stated. He highlighted recent engagements with former officials, noting, “Yesterday, I was with former Governor Ramalan Yero; a few weeks back, former Vice President Namadi Sambo visited my office. In the early days of my administration, I consulted extensively with Mallam Nasir @elrufai, particularly regarding our state’s financial status.”

He acknowledged the contributions of each past governor, saying, “For me, each and every one of them—Makarfi, Namadi Sambo, Ramalan Yero, and Nasir @elrufai—has done their best. Governance is about continuity and injecting fresh ideas to build on previous successes.”

Regarding the ongoing investigation into the administration from 2015 to 2023, Governor Sani made it clear that his government has remained impartial. “Even when the @KadunaAssembly initiated this investigation, the Kaduna State Government under my leadership did not interfere. I’m just focusing on my job,” he concluded.
