Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has expressed his intention to be present for Bishop David Oyedepo’s 90th birthday celebration, emphasizing his hope to still be alive at that time. When Bishop Oyedepo turns 90, Obasanjo will be celebrating his own 107th birthday.

This statement came during the celebration of Oyedepo’s 70th birthday at the Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State, on Friday. Addressing the congregation of Living Faith Church, Obasanjo remarked, “Today marks your entry into the realm of Septuagenarians; soon, you will transition to an Octogenarian, and I will be here to celebrate with you. Following that, as you become a Nonagenarian, I will still be present. After that, I will leave you be, with God by your side.”
